1. Ferrari "Homage"

A special cuvée created by Ferrari, a prestigious name in Italy's finest Spumante, as a tribute and homage to Japan.

The label features traditional Japanese patterns considered auspicious in Japan, representing the long-standing friendship between Japan and Italy.

Made using the traditional method, the same as Champagne, it boasts fine bubbles and an elegant taste. It pairs well with Japanese cuisine and is recommended for celebrations or as a gift for loved ones.

This is the only special Ferrari in the world that connects Japan and Italy.

2. Moxxé

A stylish sparkling wine from Masi, a renowned Amarone producer.

"Moxxé" is derived from an Italian word meaning "sparkling wine."

This is a unique sparkling wine with a twist, partially incorporating Masi's proud traditional "appassimento" (grape drying) technique. It offers fresh fruit flavors, pleasant acidity, and fine bubbles, complemented by a subtle richness and depth from the appassimento. It's a versatile wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with a wide range of dishes, from appetizers and seafood to light meat dishes.

This popular product sold out first at the ITALIAKARA user event held in February of this year!

3. Il Grigio

A refreshing spumante from Collaivini, a prestigious name in Friuli.

This spumante is characterized by a blend of fresh apple and pear aromas with savory notes of toasted bread, and an aromatic, citrusy taste with a long finish.

The famous "Bellini" cocktail at Harry's Bar in Venice was made with this wine for decades, and it was loved by travelers worldwide.

4. Planeta Brut Metodo Classico

A serious spumante produced by Planeta, a driving force in the Sicilian wine revolution, from Etna.

Made using grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Etna, Europe's largest active volcano, and carefully crafted using the Metodo Classico, the same method as Champagne.

Despite Sicily's abundant sunshine, the high altitude brings a cool climate and the volcanic soil provides fine bubbles, vibrant acidity, and beautiful minerality. Nuances of ripe fruit intertwine with complex umami, creating an elegant and profound taste.

This is one of Sicily's finest sparkling wines, where the energy of the active volcano Etna and refinement coexist.

5. Doublé Edition 4

A serious spumante produced by Feudi di San Gregorio, a prestigious name representing Campania.

Created in collaboration with Anselme Selosse, the legendary Champagne producer, using the local Greco grape variety from the Campania region.

Made using the Metodo Classico, the same method as Champagne, and aged in the bottle for 30 months, it achieves fine bubbles and complex flavors. Rich fruit aromas reminiscent of peach and golden apple are intertwined with nuances of white flowers and minerals.

The palate is fresh, yet the pleasant saltiness unique to Greco is impressive. This wine combines the fruitiness nurtured by the Southern Italian sun with sophisticated elegance.

It pairs exceptionally well with seafood, and also harmonizes beautifully with Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi, and tempura. It is a sparkling wine with fascinating appeal as a food wine, enhancing the delicate umami of Japanese cuisine.
