A complex aroma with notes of minerals and spices, and a concentrated apricot-like fragrance. Its elegant and robust flavor makes it a perfect match for high-end Japanese cuisine. Grapes are harvested from five different vineyards with varying altitudes and aspects, all featuring clay soils with a high content of active limestone, and are fermented separately.

Classification: Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva DOCG

Grape Variety: Verdicchio 100%

Tasting Notes: It has a complex aroma with notes of minerals and spices, and a concentrated apricot-like fragrance. Its elegant and robust flavor makes it a perfect match for high-end Japanese cuisine.

Winemaking Method: As this is Bucci's special cuvée, it is only produced in good years using grapes harvested from the oldest vineyards. Grapes are hand-picked, then fermented and aged in underground cellars. The barrels used include stainless steel, old Slavonian oak (50hl-75hl), and French oak (40hl). Aging takes a minimum of 18-24 months in French oak or old Slavonian oak barrels, ensuring that the wine doesn't acquire excessive barrel aromas, but rather a balanced flavor. Produced using organic methods.

Pairing: Seafood dishes, oysters, Japanese cuisine, cheese, white meats
