Fojaneghe is the winery's top wine, created in 1961 by Count Federico Bossi Fedrigotti. It was the first Bordeaux blend in Italy made with Merlot and Cabernet.
Deep ruby red color. Bouquet of blueberries and raspberries with a hint of vanilla. A very well-balanced wine with soft, expansive tannins and acidity.

Classification: Rosso delle Dolomiti IGT

Grape varieties: Merlot 45%, Cabernet Franc 40%, Teroldego 15%

Tasting: Deep ruby red color. Bouquet of blueberries and blackberries with a hint of spice. The structure is very elegant, composed of soft tannins and concentrated ripe plum flavors. The vanilla taste and velvety finish linger long on the palate.

Production method: After destemming, maceration at 18-24°C. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 25 days, then undergoes malolactic fermentation and aged in French oak barriques for 18 months.
