This dry white wine is made from the Albana grape, which was the first white wine to be designated as a DOCG in 1987.
The 2018 vintage also uses late-harvest grapes affected by botrytis cinerea.
It is a well-structured wine characterized by aromas of acacia flowers mingled with tropical fruits and citrus notes like grapefruit, a salty taste with a hint of iodine, and outstanding acidity.
It can be aged for 7 to 8 years.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of acacia flowers mingled with tropical fruits and citrus notes like grapefruit. It is well-structured, characterized by a salty taste with a hint of iodine, and excellent acidity.
Winemaking: After soft pressing, fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16°C for 2 weeks. Aged on lees in concrete tanks for 5 months, followed by 2 months of bottle aging.
Pairing: Fish dishes, ravioli, pasta with vegetable sauce
