A rosé wine made by direct pressing of Cannonau. After pressing and before fermentation begins, the must is left to settle at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks for several days. Fermentation takes place at 12-13°C for 15 days, after which it is aged on lees for about a year and then bottled the following winter. It has a beautiful salmon pink color. Characterized by notes of pink grapefruit and pineapple. It is a full-bodied and fresh rosé wine with a hint of citrus and small red fruits. Well-balanced, with a long finish.
