This wine was created in 2008 as the second label of "Pietramora", an outstanding wine among Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore Riserva DOC.

With a focus on drinkability, this wine was made with special care so that it can be enjoyed in more casual situations, making it a wine that appeals to everyone. It is an elegant wine with aromas from barrel aging and well-balanced tannins, and is full of fresh and fruity charm.

Classification: Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore DOC

Grape varieties: Sangiovese 93%, Merlot 5%, Ancellotta 2%

Tasting notes: Deep ruby color. Aromas of violet flowers, a hint of sweet vanilla, and fresh raspberry. It features excellent structure and enveloping, powerful tannins.

Winemaking: After 21 days of maceration in medium-sized stainless steel tanks, it is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux. It is then aged for 6 months in the bottle.

Pairing: All meat dishes, osso buco
