A treasured and hard-to-find vintage,
which the producer regrets having sold.

Maintaining each bottle in peak condition requires years of investment and passion.

What we offer you
is more than just a purchasing experience.
It is a special opportunity to "own" a piece of Italian history itself.

To ensure consistent quality and maintain warm communication with each of our customers, we will limit our membership to 50 individuals.

*To provide content for comparing with current wines and to deliver other excellent current wines, regular deliveries will include wines other than old vintages.

    Regarding the product

    Regarding a package costing 600,000 yen plus tax per year, what kind of products are included?

    This product primarily offers "delivery of Italian wine," with additional "one annual dinner invitation" and "surprise gifts" included in certain months.

    ・Wine: We guarantee to send you wine valued at 600,000 JPY or more.

    ・Surprise gifts and dinner invitations are provided by ITALIAKARA as a gift.

    Therefore, this plan is cost-effective. While participation in the dinner is optional, we do not offer refunds or alternative arrangements for those who cannot attend. This plan is advantageous even for the wine alone, as the wine selection is basically valued at over 600,000 JPY.

    What kind of wines will I receive each month?

    The annual list has been published. Please refer to it for more details. We want to evoke a sense of excitement when you open the box, so what you receive each month from that list will be a surprise to be enjoyed each month.

    Can I specify the type or origin of the wine?

    This is not possible. The fact that ITALIAKARA carefully selects products from all 20 regions of Italy is one of the key aspects of our content, and we hope you enjoy it.

    Is it possible to select items based on allergies or preferences?

    This is not possible. If you have an alcohol allergy or any other allergy related to wine, please refrain from purchasing. Additionally, we cannot accommodate specific preferences. A key part of the ITALIAKARA experience is our carefully curated selection from all 20 regions of Italy, and we hope you will enjoy this aspect.

    Are handwritten messages included every month?

    Each month, ITALIAKARA staff lovingly create and include a handwritten message card with your order.
    About shipping

    Can I specify a delivery date?

    We apologize, but as we operate with a small, specialized team, we process deliveries within 7 days after confirming payment on any given day. For the current month, your delivery will be within 7 days from the date of your payment.

    Can I specify a delivery time slot?

    We apologize, but as we operate with a small, elite team, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times, similar to our policy on delivery dates.

    How will unattended calls be handled?

    Since your package will be delivered by Yamato Transport, we would appreciate it if you could contact Yamato Transport directly using the re-delivery slip.

    Is it possible to temporarily stop deliveries while I am away for an extended period?

    If you are unable to receive your items due to a long-term stay overseas, please contact us in advance and we can arrange for a consolidated delivery upon your return to Japan.

    For example, if you are staying overseas from January to March and return in April, we will deliver all items from January to April in April. Our delivery operation is to ship within 7 days of payment on the 1st of the month, so we will consolidate your deliveries to the month you can receive them.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Delivery is only available within Japan.
    About the Dinner Community

    What is the annual dinner event like?

    Each year, we will hold the event at a different location. For the end of 2026, we are planning to host it at the Italian Embassy. The purpose of the gathering is to discuss Italian wines and enjoy a pleasant time with friends who share a common interest.

    Is the dinner included in the monthly fee?

    Regarding dinner, ITALIAKARA will cover the cost as a gift once a year.

    If I can't attend the dinner, will I be refunded?

    The subscription product is centered on wine, with the added benefits of "an annual dinner invitation" and a "surprise gift."

    Therefore, the dinner and surprise gift are additional perks of the subscription. The dinner invitation is exclusively for those who can attend at the date and time specified by ITALIAKARA.

    ※Please note that if you are unable to attend, no refunds will be issued. We deliver over 600,000 yen worth of wine alone, so it is still a beneficial plan even if you cannot attend.

    ※Please note that customers who cancel their subscription in the month of their dinner invitation will not be able to participate in the dinner.

    What kind of activities does the community offer?

    Enjoy our annual dinner exchange, as well as online email and Instagram DM exchanges with ITALIAKARA staff.

    We will also invite you to events hosted by Nichio Shoji, the company operating ITALIAKARA.

    (For example) Invitations to lunch or dinner events, seminars, etc., when winemakers, owners, or export managers from Italian wineries visit Japan. *Please note that some of these events may require a separate fee.
    Applications and Cancellations

    Please tell me the process from application to first delivery.

    This month, we will ship your order within 7 days of the payment date. Starting next month, we will ship your order within 7 days of confirming payment on the 1st of each month.

    Can I cancel mid-contract?

    After the minimum purchase period (6 times in 6 months), you can cancel your subscription yourself from your My Page.

    How does the waiting list work?

    This information will only be shared among ITALIAKARA's internal staff and will not be disclosed externally. We will sequentially list the email addresses and names of customers who have inquired about new contracts via email or Instagram DM.

    If a spot becomes available after the 51st person, will there be a waitlist advancement?

    Yes, of course. ITALIAKARA will contact you via email or Instagram DM.
