Tasting notes: This vintage is characterized by an elegant, complex, and alluring aroma with a deep straw color. Aromas of tropical fruit, Mediterranean herbs, acacia flowers, hawthorn, pine, citrus peel, saffron, and almond are discernible. The palate is enchanting, deep, and well-balanced. It is rich and full-bodied with a soft mouthfeel. The finish is aromatic, with notes of bergamot, sage, and marine minerality, making it a captivating wine.

Winemaking method: The grapes are destemmed, macerated for approximately 8 hours at 12-14°C, then crushed. After soft pressing, the must is clarified by decantation. Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon undergo alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18-19°C for 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging.
