Tasting notes: A vintage characterized by golden highlights and a straw-yellow color. The aroma of tropical fruits intertwines with Mediterranean herbs, acacia flowers, and citrus peel, with delicate notes of vanilla sugar. The taste is enchanting, deep and harmonious, with a saline touch and a lively power. An attractive wine with a lingering finish of bergamot, sage, and sea minerals.
Winemaking: Grapes are destemmed, macerated for about 8 hours at 12-14°C, then crushed. After soft pressing, the must is clarified by decantation. Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon undergo alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18-19°C for 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging. Friulano undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in small French oak barrels, followed by aging. After 10 months, all wines are blended and aged in the bottle for 9 months.
Pairing: Seafood dishes, vegetable risotto, white meat dishes, cheese, etc.
