Winemaking: Grapes harvested in late September are vinified separately by variety. After 18 days of maceration, malolactic fermentation is performed, followed by 24 months of aging in non-toasted Tronçais oak barriques.

Tasting notes: Deep ruby color with a garnet hue. Elegant and complex aromas of spice and vanilla. Majestic mouthfeel with a structure characteristic of a great vintage. Voluminous and well-balanced flavor. Rich in tannins, yet a very well-balanced wine. Potential for aging for over 50 years.
