This wine, capable of aging for 50 years, is crafted by Jacopo Biondi Santi, the current head of the Biondi Santi family and great-grandson of Ferruccio Biondi Santi, the "father" of Brunello. It is a blend of Sangiovese Grosso, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. This wine boasts complex aromas, a firm structure, and very powerful tannins.

Classification: Toscana Rosso IGT

Grape Varieties: Sangiovese 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Merlot 20%

Tasting Notes: Characterized by a deep ruby color with garnet hues. Elegant and complex aromas of spices and vanilla. The palate is dry, soft with a strong attack, and silky tannins that spread and linger with a long finish. Capable of long-term aging for 40-50 years.

Winemaking Method: Grapes, hand-picked at the end of September, are vinified separately by variety. Fermentation occurs after 18 days of maceration. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 24 months in Tronçais oak barrels. Bottle aged for 12 months.
