Tasting notes: Fruity aromas of fresh apple with a herbaceous touch. Elegant and well-balanced with deep minerality and lively acidity, followed by a fresh finish.

Production method: After gentle pressing, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 20°C. Matured in stainless steel tanks on lees for several months.

Pairing: Pairs well with any meal. Excellent as an aperitif, with pasta, white meat dishes, and chicken dishes.
