商品詳細
Masi's Ripasso method wine made in Argentina. It has a strong, spicy character with a high aroma.
Classification: Rosso di Argentina
Grape varieties: Malbec 85%, Corvina 15%
Tasting: Aromas of ripe fruit, fruit jam, especially prune and licorice. It is a well-structured wine with a good balance of moderate acidity and tannins.
Winemaking method: This wine is produced using the double fermentation method, which Masi excels at. Malbec is lightly pressed and fermented with the skins in stainless steel tanks at 21-23°C for 15 days. Then, 15% of the total Corvina, lightly dried before pressing, and selected yeasts are added, and secondary fermentation is carried out at 18-20°C for 15 days. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 9 months in French oak barrels (70% second-use, 30% new) and bottle-aged for a minimum of 14 days.
Pairing: With meat dishes, and with aged, strongly flavored cheeses.
