Only selected fruits from ancient trees over 50 years old are used. It was completed through triple fermentation using stainless steel, barriques, and terracotta, followed by more than 7 years of aging. This masterpiece, truly "long-awaited," was born from a special brewing process that further brings out the potential of the Sagrantino grape. It boasts a brilliant, dense, deep ruby color, deep aromas of blackberry, plum, and tobacco leaf, mature and enveloping tannins, and an elegance and finesse that shine through skillful brewing techniques, all lingering with a long finish.
