The name La Segreta comes from the forest surrounding the Ulmo vineyards. Made primarily with Nero d’Avola, the signature grape of Sicilian wine, the addition of international varieties gives it a more distinctive, stylish character. This is a wine that can be enjoyed as an everyday wine and suits any time, place, or occasion. Classification: Sicilia DOC

Grape varieties: Nero d’Avola 50%, Merlot 25%, Syrah 20%, Cabernet Franc 5%

Tasting: Deep, vibrant ruby color with aromas of redcurrants and mulberries, and subtle spicy, minty notes. Ripe wild fruit and balanced, rich herbal flavors, with soft, smooth tannins that provide a highly multifaceted character.

Production method: Each grape variety is fermented for 10–14 days (at 25°C) in temperature-controlled 150 hl stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
