Grape varieties: Pinot Noir 80%, Chardonnay 20%
Bronze-hued copper pink, with nuances of coral red, and a persistent, extremely fine perlage. There are faint, sweet aromas of dog rose jam and citrus, harmonizing with spicy and mineral-rich tones, creating a very clean, impressive, and pleasant aroma. The lively and dense fruitiness, coupled with the crisp acidity characteristic of Trento DOC, provides an excellent long finish, with a perfectly matured taste that lingers pleasantly. It uses carefully selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay hand-harvested from their own vineyards. After secondary fermentation in the bottle using their own cultured yeast, it is aged in the bottle for 10 years. Nurtured in the mountains of Trento, the vibrant taste of Pinot Noir, with its diverse character, captivates, marking the birth of Italy's most iconic Rosé Spumante.
