Made exclusively from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes from Maso Pianizza, a single vineyard owned by the Lunelli family, known as the "miracle-working vineyard," located in the Trentino hills at an altitude of 500-600m and facing southwest. It has a bright, golden-yellow color and a very fine and persistent perlage.

It boasts a magnificent aroma of fruits and flowers, with a striking yeast scent reminiscent of brioche. Notes of acacia honey, white chocolate, and citrus are present, along with a complex aroma rich in spices and minerality. It possesses an elegant and rich fragrance that seems to last forever.

The dense fruitiness comes from its long aging, and even after 19 years, the vibrant acidity and freshness nurtured by the Trentino mountains remain impressive. The smooth, elegant, and harmonious taste lingers on. This is a legendary work from Ferrari, the "King of Spumante," with 19 years of in-bottle aging.
