This wine is named after Giorgio Odero, the father of the current winery owner. Made based on his experience cultivating Pinot Noir clones, which he acquired in Burgundy when he was young, this wine expresses honor and respect for him. It is a wine with aromatic fruitiness and very elegant tannins, allowing for a long and well-balanced finish.

The harmony of aromas like red berries, eucalyptus, coffee, and vanilla, along with the very elegant ripe fruitiness and tannins, allow for a long and well-balanced finish.

Vinification: Made with 100% French clones of Pinot Noir. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels from Allier. Aged for 12 months in 30% new Allier barriques, 30% one-year-old Allier barriques, and 40% one-year-old Allier barrels. Subsequently, a minimum of 24 months of bottle aging.
