Tasting: Deep ruby color with garnet hues. Aromas of ripe plums and dried cherries, with nuances of tobacco and leather. Characterized by firm tannins and rich acidity, with an exquisite balance of spice and minerals. An elegant wine with a long finish and complex flavors.

Vinification: Grapes harvested in early October are fermented for 14 days in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Aged for 4 years, three of which are in various oak barrels. 8 months of bottle aging.
