Own vineyards on the hills of Trento, Val d'Adige, Val di Cembra, and Valle di Laghi (300-700m above sea level), facing southeast to southwest.

* Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay (Blanc de Blancs)

* Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with green reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. Intense aromas of ripe Golden Delicious apples and wild flowers, with a subtle hint of yeast. A fresh, light, and well-balanced wine with a long, pleasant finish of ripe fruit.
Production Method: Grapes harvested by hand in early September are fermented for 12 days at a controlled temperature of 20°C in stainless steel tanks using proprietary cultured yeast (Metodo Classico / Champagne method).

* Food Pairing: As an aperitif, with appetizers, light dishes, Japanese cuisine, etc.
