Our own vineyards on the hills of Trento, Val d'Adige, Val di Cembra, and Valle di Laghi (300-700m elevation), facing southeast to southwest.

* Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow with green reflections, fine and persistent perlage. Intense aromas of ripe Golden Delicious apples and wild flowers, with a hint of yeast. A fresh, light, and pleasantly balanced wine with a long finish of ripe fruit.
Production Method: Grapes harvested by hand in early September are fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using our own cultivated yeasts (fermentation temperature 20°C) (Metodo Classico/Champagne method).
