Awarded "Italy's Top 10 Wines (10 Migliori Vini d'Italia)" by BIBENDA in 2026

This Lambrusco is the masterpiece of Ceci Winery, named after its founder, boasting an enveloping, exceptional color and rich aroma.

It features a deep ruby color, rich foam, and a vibrant, full-bodied impression. By adjusting the serving temperature, you can enjoy a wide variety of impressions and food pairings.

It pairs well with rich dishes such as traditional Italian prosciutto, as well as well-structured pastas and risottos, medium-aged cheeses, and grilled meats.

Classification: Emilia IGT

Grape Variety: Maestri 100%

Tasting Notes: Aromas of red berries, cherries, and lilacs with a hint of musk. This is a sparkling wine characterized by a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.

Winemaking Method: Martinotti (Charmat) method. The grapes are soft-pressed, then undergo maceration with the skins to extract maximum color and aroma, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
It is left from December to January to remove impurities and create a high-quality must.
Secondary fermentation takes place in tanks for 1 to 2 months until the desired temperature and pressure are reached.
During this time, sugar breaks down into ethyl alcohol and CO2, and the carbon dioxide dissolves into the wine without escaping, creating a sparkling wine.

Pairing: Parmigiano-Reggiano, Parma ham and salamis, roasted or stewed meat dishes
