20% of the Corvina is aged for 6 months in French Allier and Slavonian oak barriques. This Valpolicella is impressive with its violet and rose aromas and fresh taste.

Grape Varieties: Corvina 70%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara 5%
Tasting: A pleasant aroma of ripe fruits reminiscent of ripe cherries and plums, with a well-structured yet fresh and balanced taste.
Winemaking Method: Molinara and Rondinella grapes are harvested in mid-September, and Corvina grapes in late September. Fermentation takes place for 20 days at 25-28℃ using selected yeasts. After skin contact for 16 days for Corvina and 10 days for other varieties, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and then ages for 6 months in Slavonian oak barrels (60-90hl). 20% of the Corvina is aged in new French Allier and Slavonian small barrels. 1 month of bottle aging.
