Only eggs from exceptionally healthy Siberian sturgeon are used, raised on organic-certified feed in an environment rich with clear water and beautiful nature.

Furthermore, while the salt concentration of typical caviar is about 5%, Caviar de Neuvic's is a mere 3.5%. This delicate saltiness further enhances the umami of this highest quality caviar.
