Grape Variety: 100% Verdicchio (average vine age 20 years)

Tasting Notes: Greenish-straw color. A bouquet of green apple, grapefruit, and kiwi, blended with elegant, floral aromas of acacia and mimosa, and vegetal notes of celery and sage. This is a very well-balanced, warm, dry wine with a fresh, saline taste. The finish lingers with green apple and a pleasant bitterness of fresh almond, characteristic of the varietal.

Winemaking Method: Made using the best part of the grape juice, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Pairing: Seafood appetizers, cream-sauce pasta with seafood or vegetables, fish dishes, white meat dishes, goat cheese, medium-aged cheese, mushroom omelet
