Tasting Notes: This is a vintage with a distinctive personality, featuring an elegant, complex, and alluring aroma with a deep straw color. Aromas of tropical fruit, Mediterranean herbs, acacia flowers, hawthorn, pine, citrus peel, saffron, and almond can be perceived. The palate is captivating, deep, and well-balanced. It is rich and full-bodied with a soft mouthfeel. The finish is aromatic, revealing notes of bergamot, sage, and marine minerals, making it an enchanting wine.

Winemaking: Grapes are destemmed, then macerated for approximately 8 hours at 12-14°C before crushing. After soft pressing, the must is clarified by decantation. Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon undergo alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18-19°C for 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging. Friulano undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in small French oak barrels, followed by aging. After 10 months, all wines are blended and aged in the bottle for 9 months.
