Grape Varieties: Sangiovese 65%, Merlot 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 5%

Tasting Notes: A deep, bright ruby color with clean aromas reminiscent of dark fruits like mulberry and coffee beans. As it airs in the glass, it develops into sweeter, more mature fruit notes of dark cherry and plum. Diverse and complex aromas are further emphasized by balsamic tones. Excellent balance characterized by refined, elegant tannins, with pleasant lingering dark fruit notes accompanied by a hint of spice. This is a Tuscan red wine from the seaside estate in Tuscany, fully embodying Mediterranean characteristics yet with nuances reminiscent of Bordeaux.

Winemaking Process: Maceration is carried out for 15-20 days, with pre-maceration at 12°C for 36 hours, followed by fermentation in wooden vats at 26-28°C. Sangiovese is aged in tonneau and large oak barrels, while Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are aged in barriques for 18 months. It then undergoes a further 6 months of aging in the bottle.
