Giuièle is a gastronomic rosé wine made from Aglianico grapes. It is produced from 10-15 year old vines planted in volcanic soil at an altitude of 300m in the "Vigna Toppo d'Avuzzo" vineyard. It has a vibrant coral pink color. The aroma is intense, with red berry fruits complemented by floral and spicy nuances. It offers an overwhelming taste, fresh and mineral-driven.

Tasting: A slightly complex aroma with red fruits and flowers mixed with sweet spices. A very fresh and well-balanced wine.

Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested in early October, then undergo 1 hour of maceration before natural fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days without temperature control. Unfiltered.

Pairing: Cold appetizers such as prosciutto and salami, mushroom tagliatelle.
