Grape varieties: Santa Sofia, Cingoli

Tasting: A slightly complex aroma with red fruits, flowers, and a hint of sweet spices. A very fresh and well-balanced wine.

Winemaking method: This sparkling wine is made using the ancestral method. After primary fermentation, secondary fermentation is completed in the bottle during spring.

Pairing: Shellfish such as oysters, fish dishes, vegetable primi piatti, and medium-aged cheeses.
