This Cru, emblematic of Calabria's finest winemaking, is made from Gaglioppo, Calabria's oldest indigenous grape variety, grown in low-yield vineyards on the Mancuso hills, located in the heart of Cirò.

Grape variety: After extended skin maceration, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

After pressing, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C.
