Grapes harvested from late August to early September are soft-pressed, and alcoholic fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures. During the secondary fermentation, approximately 50% free-run juice is added, and the wine is produced using the Martinotti (Charmat) method. This sparkling wine is aromatic yet elegant, with delicate bubbles, reminiscent of tropical notes, white peach, citrus, and a hint of cedar and lemon.
