After harvesting just 1kg from each grapevine, fermentation takes place in wooden barrels for 20-30 days, followed by 18-20 months of aging in 50% new barrels, and then 1 year of bottle aging.
This wine has a beautiful, brilliant ruby color, a complex aroma combining cherry and spices, and rich aromas of blackberry and plum.

Winemaking Method: Fermentation takes place for a minimum of 20-30 days in temperature-controlled conical vats with maceration. Malolactic fermentation lasts a minimum of 60 days. Aging is for 17-18 months in French barriques, 50% new and 50% old. Bottle aging for 1 year.
