A still wine crafted by Ferrari, the pinnacle of Italian sparkling wine.
The name "Arca Aulitea" comes from the marine fossils that have existed in this land for millions of years, and it possesses rich mineral tones derived from this soil. This is the top wine from the estate managed by Luca D'Attoma. (Organic certification)

Grape variety: Cabernet Franc 100%
Tasting comments: A deep, concentrated, brilliant ruby red. Its profound concentration continuously unfolds as it is swirled in the glass. Delicate and elegant spices like cocoa powder, cassis, and rosemary exude a rich, perfumed aroma. A firm yet elegant structure, characterized by soft and extremely fine tannins. The finish is long, with the pleasant mineral tones derived from fossils, emblematic of this terroir, lingering in the mouth until the very end.
Winemaking: Maceration is carried out for 20-25 days, slowly extracting only very soft tannins. This is followed by 42 hours of cold maceration at 12℃, and then fermentation in stainless steel tanks maintained at 26-28℃. Matured for 18 months in French oak barriques, then aged for 12 months in bottle.
Pairing: All meat dishes, including game, and aged cheeses.
