Campo alle Comete is a winery that produces imaginative wines in the Bolgheri region, where Feudi di San Gregorio, a leading winery in Southern Italy, has made a full-scale entry. While the Bolgheri region is famous for producing great red wines, it's actually also known for producing high-quality rosés, as the DOC certification was first obtained for rosato wines. This rosato is delicious served at a lower temperature, but when served at a higher temperature, its juicy, fruit-forward taste, as if you're eating whole fruit, is truly surprising.

Grape Varieties: Grenache, Syrah

Tasting Notes: Bright, sparkling pale pink color; sweet and rich aromas of fresh herbs, raspberries, and cherries; full of freshness with a pleasant finish and excellent balance of fruit. This is a beautiful wine with a very pleasant and long-lasting finish. It is a wine that we highly recommend pairing with summer and spring dishes, as well as winter cuisine.

Winemaking Method: Early-harvested grapes are soft-pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 17°C. The wine is made by direct pressing of early-harvested grapes, carefully preserving their freshness. Aged in bottle for a minimum of 2-3 months.
