This wine is made from four traditional Marche grape varieties: Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino, and Chardonnay. Its refreshing taste, characterized by the fresh aromas of green apple and white flowers, is popular. The pale straw color and delicate bouquet are derived from the excellent sun exposure of the vineyard. It pairs well with green olives, fish, minestrone, and chicken with sauce.
