On the palate, the surprise turns into great pleasure. Concentrated fruit flavors unfold, with a rich structure that leads to a very long finish. By utilizing barrel fermentation as "a true tool to enhance expression" and then extended lees aging, this Riserva achieves exceptional perfection and elegance, deserving of the highest praise.

Production method: Grapes harvested by hand in September undergo primary fermentation in Austrian oak barrels, followed by aging in oak barrels.
