A legend says that this wine was born when a wine-loving monk, traveling to meet the Pope, ordered his servant to write "Est" on the door of any inn that served good wine.
The wine the servant drank in Montefiascone was so delicious that he wrote "Est" three times, hence the name.
This dry wine is made from fresh, early-harvested grapes, offering a gentle taste with a pleasant, subtle lingering finish.

Grape varieties: Procanico 65%, Malvasia Bianca 20%, Rossetto 15%
Tasting notes: Pale straw color with greenish reflections. Aromas of dried fruit, almonds, and hazelnuts. A balanced wine with a soft, smooth texture. The finish is pleasantly elegant.
Winemaking: Hand-picked grapes are pressed, then chilled to remove impurities. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled environments, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks.
Pairing: Pasta, vegetable dishes, chicken dishes, and shellfish.
