Product Details
This wine is made from four traditional Marche grape varieties: Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino, and Chardonnay. Its refreshing taste and aroma of green apples and white flowers make it a popular choice. Its pale straw color and delicate bouquet are a result of the excellent sun exposure in the vineyard. It pairs well with green olives, fish, minestrone, and chicken with sauce.

Tasting Notes: A delicate bouquet, an elegant medium-bodied white wine. The characteristic straw color and delicate bouquet of this wine come from the excellent conditions of the vineyard.

Winemaking Method: Organically grown grapes are harvested in mid-September. After débourbage, fermentation takes place at 16-18°C for 15 days.

Pairing: Chilled as an aperitif, with seafood, soups, and chicken/pork dishes with light sauces.
