Grape Varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking Method: Fermentation is carried out separately for each variety. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks. Aged for 10 months in new and used, medium-toast oak barrels.
