Only eggs from Siberian sturgeon, raised in extremely healthy conditions with organic-certified feed, abundant clear water, and a beautiful natural environment, are used.

Furthermore, while the salt concentration of typical caviar is about 5%, Caviar de Neuvic's is only 3.5%. This delicate saltiness further enhances the umami of this highest quality caviar.

It pairs exceptionally well with mineral-rich sparkling wine or white wine.
