Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo

Tasting: Deep ruby color with a pomegranate hue. Impressive aromas of cherry, licorice, and spices reminiscent of pepper, along with delicate fruit and mineral notes. A pleasant wine with silky soft tannins and a long finish.

Winemaking: Grapes harvested in early October are fermented in stainless steel tanks for 14 days under temperature control. Aged for 4 years, three of which are in various oak barrels. 8 months of bottle aging.
