Alessia's tasting comment: This is a masterpiece that perfectly expresses the Gattinara terroir, with an excellent balance of fruitiness, acidity, and tannins. It has nuances of ripe raspberry, rose, and black tea. It has a soft mouthfeel and a clear minerality.
Classification: Gattinara DOCG
Grape variety: Nebbiolo
Winemaking: Grapes harvested in early October are fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature control for 14 days. Aging period is 3 years, 2 years in Slovenian oak barrels, and 3 months in bottle.

Alessandra's tasting comment: Rich aroma of ripe cherries and jam, with hints of chocolate. A wine that is well-balanced with gentle tannins, combining power and elegance. The aftertaste is very long, and it can be aged for 35 years.
Classification: Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG
Grape varieties: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara
Winemaking method: The harvested grapes are dried in the shade for about 100 days. Then, they are naturally fermented at low temperature for 45 days, then transferred to 30-40hl barrels for further fermentation for 35 days. After that, they are aged in large and small barrels for 24 months.
