Our subscription service delivers products once a month. ITALIAKARA (Nichio Shoji), which has been collecting and investing in Italian wines for half a century, delivers rare Italian wines to special customers. We recommend our subscription service to those who want to enjoy Italian wines even more.
Subscription Service Benefits
1. Cost-Effective Annual Plan
・For an annual fee of 600,000 yen + tax, you can expect to receive products worth 750,000 to 800,000 yen (including wine and other benefits).
・The price of individual wines delivered each month varies. The product design ensures that the total annual value of wines exceeds the membership fee.
・Therefore, please note that it is not possible to cancel in January and change the February wine to January's, for example.
・This product is primarily focused on wine delivery. "Surprise Gifts" and "Dinner Invitations" are considered complimentary gifts from ITALIAKARA.
・ITALIAKARA's expert staff, with over 30 years of wine experience, will select special products.
2. Months with Surprise Gifts Included
・Several times a year, we will include surprise gifts, such as items from Italian wineries that are unavailable in Japan. We aim to create a sense of excitement when you open the box.
3. Entitlement to Use a 20% OFF Coupon Anytime at ITALIAKARA
・You can use this coupon as many times as you like while subscribed to the service.
・Vintage wines and monthly special campaign boxes are not eligible for discounts.
4. Free Shipping Nationwide
・Subscription service products are shipped free of charge.
5. Invitation to Dinner Once a Year
ITALIAKARA will host a dinner with ITALIAKARA staff to discuss Italian wines once a year for subscription service customers. In 2026, we plan to hold it at the Italian Embassy. Enjoy interacting with other subscription members.
※The month of the dinner varies each year. Please note that if you cancel your subscription in the month the dinner is held, you will not be able to attend. This is a benefit exclusively for subscription members. Furthermore, ITALIAKARA staff will contact you individually by email to confirm your attendance for the dinner invitation each year. Therefore, even if you newly subscribe to the service in the month the dinner is held, you may not be invited due to the number of attendees already prepared in advance. Regarding this, the answer will vary depending on when you inquire, so please contact us directly.
※The dinner is an additional benefit of the subscription service (a gift from ITALIAKARA). This benefit is only for those who can come to the date and location specified by ITALIAKARA for the dinner.
※Please understand in advance that no refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend. The subscription plan is a great value even if you cannot attend, as we deliver over 600,000 yen worth of wine alone.
6. Handwritten Message & Wine Introduction Content Included
We value our connection and relationship with each individual. We will deliver with sincerity every month.
Regarding Monthly Orders
■First Order
Your first order will be shipped within 7 business days.
■Subsequent Orders
Payment will be processed on the 1st of each month, and delivery will be made approximately 7 days after payment confirmation.
※Shipping will commence after credit card payment is confirmed. If shipping is delayed for any reason (e.g., natural disaster), we will notify you directly by email.
※Please note that the interval between the first and second deliveries cannot be adjusted.
※At present, we cannot accommodate requests for bi-monthly subscriptions or specific shipping dates.
Payment Methods
We only accept credit card payments. The first payment will be made on the purchase date, and subsequent payments will be automatically processed on the 1st of each month.
Subscription Commitment
・We request a commitment to continue for a minimum of six months. We want to cherish the relationship and connection with those to whom we deliver our valuable wines, which we have collected for half a century.
Regarding Subscription Cancellation
・You can cancel your subscription yourself from My Page.
※You can cancel after fulfilling the subscription commitment (minimum contract period of six months).
・Please note that this is a limited subscription community for 50 people due to handling rare vintage wines. Therefore, depending on the timing, you may not be able to re-subscribe immediately.

Regarding Alcohol Sales
・We do not sell alcoholic beverages to individuals under 20 years of age.
・When purchasing alcoholic beverages, customers shall cooperate with age verification by the method specified by us. If age verification cannot be performed or if there is suspicion that the customer is under 20 years of age, we may cancel the sales contract.
