Tasting Notes: It offers a well-balanced aroma of tropical fruits like pineapple, white flowers, rose petals, and light toast. This is a well-structured wine with a creamy mouthfeel, where fresh fruit flavors are supported by minerality. It has the potential for long-term aging of 15 to 18 years.

Production Method: Chardonnay and other varietals harvested from the historic and renowned vineyards "Castel Ringberg" and "Castelaz" are fermented in French barriques, followed by bâtonnage once a week for 3 months. It is aged in French barriques for 10 months, then bottle-aged for an additional 6 months.
