Grapes harvested in mid-to-late August are macerated with the skins for a short period using red wine production methods. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks and is produced using the Martinotti (Charmat) method. Delicate and elegant aromas of wild strawberries and cherries are perceptible, as are floral notes of violets and rose hips. Its freshness and pleasant minerality and acidity enhance the delicate fruitiness and floral nuances, and its elegance is accompanied by a long, pleasant finish.
