Tasting: "more" means "dark berries" in Italian, and indeed, this is a rich, full-bodied wine with concentrated blackberry flavors, well-balanced by aromas of tobacco and licorice.

Production Method: After harvesting, the Refosco grapes are placed in small vats and kept in a well-ventilated drying room, allowing both texture and flavor to concentrate. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for approximately 15 days, followed by aging in small oak barrels for one year.
