20% of the Corvina is aged for 6 months in barriques made of Allier and Slavonian oak barrels. The Valpolicella has impressive violet and rose aromas and a fresh taste.

Grape varieties: Corvina 70%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara 5%
Tasting: Pleasant aromas of ripe fruit reminiscent of ripe cherries and plums, with a well-structured yet fresh and balanced taste.
Winemaking method: Molinara and Rondinella grapes are harvested in mid-September, and Corvina grapes in late September. Fermentation takes place for 20 days at 25-28°C using selected yeasts. After skin contact for 16 days for Corvina and 10 days for other varieties, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 6 months in Slavonian oak barrels (60-90hl). 20% of the Corvina is aged in new Allier and small Slavonian oak barrels. Bottle aging for 1 month.
