In the Sicilian dialect, "Burdese" means "from Bordeaux," indicating that this wine uses the classic Bordeaux varietals Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Made in limited quantities from carefully selected grapes, this wine is characterized by its dense and firm structure and excellent balance. This Bordeaux blend, produced under the glorious Sicilian sun, will gain further complexity and charm in its aroma and flavor with aging.

Classification: Menfi DOC

Grape Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Cabernet Franc 30%

Tasting: A wine with a deep violet color, dense and firm structure, and an excellent sense of balance, characterized by powerful tannins and concentrated, elegant flavors.

Production Method: Maceration for 15-18 days. After racking, it is aged for 14 months in 225L French Allier oak barriques (100% new oak). Malolactic fermentation occurs in the barrel. Further bottle aging for 12 months.

Pairing: A wide range of dishes including game and stewed red meats, and aged cheeses.
