Friulano is the flagship variety of Friuli. Its distinctive character is expressed through aromas of tropical fruit, apple, and almond, derived from the grape variety, along with flavors reminiscent of pear and ripe apricot.

Tasting Notes:
A complex bouquet of yellow fruits and sweet almond aromas intertwines with Mediterranean herbs and flint. The palate is characterized by yellow peach and apricot, with nuances of herbs and sweet pepper, offering a voluminous and structured taste. A typical bitter finish lingers.
Winemaking:
Grapes are destemmed, then undergo maceration and crushing for approximately 8 hours at 12-14°C. After soft pressing, the must is clarified by decantation. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18-19°C for 10 days, followed by aging on lees for approximately 6 months. Minimum 2 months of bottle aging.
Pairing: As an aperitif. With prosciutto, salami, sausage, pasta, risotto, fish dishes, and cheese.
