Tasting notes: Transparent, brilliant purplish-violet color. Floral notes of rose, red fruits, candied violet, and citrus. Spicy and herbaceous aromas are also present. The charm lies in its aromatic, fruity, and soft taste with a distinctive character.

Production method: Grapes are destemmed, macerated for 7 days in stainless steel tanks, and malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks.
