In keeping with the tradition of the time when the generations changed, the wine derives its body and elegance from the fact that the original cuvée is fermented and aged in Austrian oak barrels. It is a wine with a unique and rich fruitiness and a harmonious complexity. Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Tasting: Deep golden yellow with brilliant highlights, extremely delicate and persistent perlage, rich fruitiness, a complex array of aromas, and a rainbow of different personalities thanks to aging in large Austrian oak barrels. It has a mature yeast and spice character, with a perfectly balanced diversity of personalities and expressions. The aging in oak barrels brings harmony and richness, and the finish is grand and long-lasting.

Production method: Grapes harvested by hand in September are fermented in Austrian oak barrels for primary fermentation, then aged in oak barrels. After bottling, secondary fermentation takes place, followed by 8 years of aging in the bottle. (Metodo Classico)
